My sister invited me over on Friday night to help her try out some new recipes she's planning for New Years day. She got an Indian cook book for Christmas and we had a lot of fun reading through it (so many yummy things). The recipes we were trying were for a kind of deep fried bread, the name of which neither of us could pronounce, and a caramelized carrot pudding.

Hi Shelley,

I probably wont have many entries in here, but I really hope you like your preset. I was so nervous that I wouldn't get it ready before Christmas, but I think I managed to do OK. There is still a lot of work to do on it, but I will help you if you need it.

Do you have any idea how hard it is to try and work on this without you seeing, or givingaway what it is?

Anyways, hopefully I didn't spoil it already.
