I’m making up a photo book from one of the albums I took down from my Photos page a little while ago. It’s almost ready but I’d like to have the names of these two plants to go with their pictures.

The pictures were taken near Great Slave Lake in September of last year.

This is my possum yarn being swatched up for a pair of mittens. It’s so soft when it’s running through your fingers and has just a tiny bit of a halo to it once it’s knit up. It’s going to be lovely mittens.

Visiting Nova Scotia

We spent most of October in Nova Scotia this year. Neither of us had ever been there and it was a wonderful experience.
