I've been picking up paint chips whenever we're at Canadian Tire and sticking them up on the wall to see what I like. They look so different at home than they do in the racks at the store. I was thinking as I put up today's collection of chips that I liked the one I already had in the bottom right the best so far and then discovered I'd picked it up a second time. This might be the colour I'm looking for.
I'm planning white accents to go with the blue walls. All the trim in the room is white already and my clock is made up of a bunch of little white picture frames (you can just see it in the top of the picture). I'm going to paint the legs of my sewing table white and leave the top plain wood (hides scratches better) and change the frame on my cork board (or maybe cover the whole thing with white fabric, not sure yet).
