Due to technical difficulties (I fell asleep) this is being posted now instead of last night.

My bags as I get ready to head out the door for a bellydance class.

Summer clouds bearing down on our neighbourhood. They looked pretty fantastic but only treated us to about ten minutes of rain. Abby and I went for a walk afterwards and enjoyed the post-rain smell.

There is a squirrel on the other side of the window. This side gets nose prints and fog.

I cut some pussy-willows for a vase a couple of weeks ago. I was looking it over at breakfast - trying to decide if it was time for them to go to the compost - when I noticed these. Plants are so cool.

I was cleaning up my desk and found this: I bought this card when I was at university - probably about seven years ago now - and thought it was so funny I could never bring myself to actually mail it to anyone. (Here is the larger version if you're having trouble reading the text.)
